My Words 📝

I lost my voice

Maybe for lack of relevance

Or maybe for lack of appreciation

For so long I went silent

For so long my thoughts were never expressed

Slowly I watched my confidence sail away

Till I embraced loneliness

Slowly all that mattered vanished

Till I embraced depression

One lonely night I found hope

One lonely night I found a goal

I began to write

I began to pour out the pain

I started asking questions

I started finding answers

I realized I was never alone

I realized there were people who could connect

Suddenly my voice mattered

Suddenly all that mattered became clear

My words brought courage

My words became my voice

Goodbye Heartbreak Love Pain Relationship Sad Tears

Goodbye In Heartbreaks 💔

I put masculinity to shame,

As I shed tears for love,

For the first time,

I felt the goodbyes in heartbreaks,

The memories created,

Destroyed to avoid pain,

It was a sad feeling,

Why do we love so much,

And then allow it end,

Did we loose our strength in transit,

When did the zeal to avoid mistakes flee,

Are we risking an experience in search of a perfect partner,

The one we never come across,

The pillow is the only witness,

Soaking true goodbye tears,

It was the best decision,

Even love has to come to a conclusion,

The essence of the departing is now understood,

If only I could,

But goodbyes are like weeds,

Will always be there even when not needed.

The Curse of Free Will

We have been cursed with free will

So there will never be a balance

Love will never supersede hate

More reason the rich will always be few

More reason hunger has lived long

The poor always the majority

There will never be equality

Only more of greed and fear of death

Talk of deceit or fear over love

We strive hard to reach our goals

Our goals strive hard to stay far

Truth from a nation of stagnation

Words from the product of a failed system

As always time creeps in

As always time has no patience

If the goal is not lust over vanity

Then time will be a blessing

And death a means to an end
